Each Pirtek hose supplied to customers is tagged with code numbers which immediately identify the Pirtek hose to any Pirtek Centre internationally. No matter where any piece of equipment or machine is operating, the customer knows that in case of a breakdown, the exact replacement assembly is ready for collection at the nearest Pirtek Centre or for delivery by a Pirtek Mobile Service Unit.

This results in minimal downtime and lost production. Regular maintenance checks are easier. Each year, the tag issued is of a different color making identification and lifecycle monitoring easier.
