HOSE SERVICE

+Breakdown Emergency 24/7- You call and we arrive with a 1 hour E.T.A. to remove & replace or we assemble the hose & hand it to you.

+Scheduled PM- We arrive and look for problem hoses to replace as desired or we assemble hoses as you remove them.  Also, hose surveying and tagging is available (see below).

+New Installations- We arrive, assemble and custom install on-site.

Pirtek service vans carry over 1800 parts (250+ Metric parts), over 1000 feet of hose, oil, spill kits, and tools to get your machine running again quickly.

+Hose Tagging- Our Hose Tagging System is known worldwide and used in every Pirtek center. Each hose that our Pirtek Service Center installs is tagged with a specific Pirtek System Code. Should an existing hose subsequently fail, all you need to do is call us and read off the tag code. Shortly thereafter, we will have a replacement hose at your door.

+Hose Surveys- We check the specifications on all hoses, number, tag, and log them to make ordering simple and quick.  Benefits to hose surveys include: Preventative Maintenance, Supplier Accountability, Warranty/Traceability, and Reduced Downtime.

+Hose Shop-  Come visit our fully stocked hose shop for the best prices in town.  Wait while we make your hose and enter our monthly drawing which gives you a chance to win up to $200 dollars worth of gift cards.  The more you stop in the better your chances. Also available at our shop location is hydraulic oil, spill kits, gauges, pressure washer hose, and much more!
